Shipping policy

Processing your Order for Shipping:

We have a 2-5 business day processing time before shipment. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will start processing on Monday. 

Delivery dates are subject to change due to circumstances with UPS, USPS, DHL, and FedEx. These changes are out of our control. 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In this case the carrier will have to open an investigation. Packages are insured for their value, however the carrier is responsible for approving or denying the claim.

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned due to incorrect address you will be charged a reshippment fee via email. 

International Shipping:

At this time we do not offer international shipping.
